Are you passionate about the latest technology trends and innovations? As a Senior Consultant SuccessFactors (f/m/d) you drive the innovations such as Talent Intelligent Hub and the AI Features for SuccessFactors but also help to transform with StoryReports. you'll have the opportunity to explore cutting-edge technologies and contribute to our strategic SuccessFactors extension, integration, data, and innovation platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leverage SAP SuccessFactors and AI Services: Identify and utilize the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally experienced in new DataModel Talent Intelligence Hub.
• Create Story Reports: You will lead our HR community to a new experience by converting table reports into story reports. Delight stakeholders by turning HR data into a story (dashboard).
• Digitalize HR Business Processes with SAP SuccessFactors enhancements: Identify and implement opportunities for digitalizing existing HR business processes. Ideally you have experience as Consultant in SF EmployeeCentral and implementation/transformation project, SF Recruiting and the StoryReports.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Inhouse SuccessFactors Team, Cyber Security, Web Solutions, Identity Management, and other internal colleagues.
• Project Leadership & Operation Support: Take responsibility as a (sub-)project lead and support solution proposals and bid management for third-party add-ons.
• Deliver Training and Workshops: Conduct custom inhouse workshops and trainings. Present BTP AI topics to stakeholders and workers council representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technologies, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    Several years of experience in SuccessFactors EmployeeCentral and Recruiting implementation projects.
•    Strong focus on SuccessFactors Recruiting
•    Experience in software development methodologies and agile project management.
•    Proven track record of AI experience (e.g., Joule or other Generative AI features).
•    Proven knowledge to build StoryReports in SuccessFactors
•    Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors BTP Enhancement/Integration projects and Proof of Concepts (e.g., OpenAI & Microsoft Integration).

Skills and Competencies:
•    Strong communication skills with a constructive and open style at all hierarchy levels.
•    Excellent technical and analytical abilities in SAP development tools and methodologies.
•    Strong knowledge in developing technical specifications.
•    Strong knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics Story Reports Design & implementation considerations
•    Willingness to work with innovative and fast-changing technology components.
•    Ability to analyze complex business processes and solutions.
•    Solid understanding of SAP Technology & Technology Strategy, Cloud Technologies, and Market Trends.
•    Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
