Collaborate cross-functionally with product, hardware, AI, and MRI teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs and deliver reliable solutions.
Manage technical risk, identifying and mitigating issues across the software stack to maintain high system stability and performance in critical production environments.
Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering technical growth, architectural thinking, and a culture of knowledge-sharing across teams.
We own every challenge: we enjoy complexity and thrive under uncertainty.
We strive for better: we seize any opportunity for growth and challenge the status quo. We are constantly learning and improving.
We imagine new frontiers: we think beyond ‘doable’ and ‘reasonable.’ We design a sustainable and healthy future together.
Advanced Python proficiency with a strong track record of building and deploying complex software systems in real-world, production environments.
Architectural leadership in designing and implementing scalable, resilient software platforms, with a deep understanding of large-scale system design and cross-cutting technical challenges.
Extensive experience refactoring and unifying legacy codebases, transforming fragmented systems into cohesive, maintainable platforms.
Hands-on integration expertise with hardware systems, industrial automation equipment, and a variety of sensor technologies.
Solid experience with edge AI/ML, including deploying and maintaining models throughout the lifecycle on edge devices.
Strong grasp of modern software engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security fundamentals—applied with a practical, business-aware mindset.
Proficient with containerization and infrastructure tools, including Docker, Kubernetes/k3s, Linux systems, and cloud platforms (especially GCP).
Proven technical leadership across multiple software teams and large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with high organizational impact.
Strategic influence in shaping technical direction and decisions across domains, aligning engineering efforts with broader business goals.
Strong mentorship track record, consistently supporting the technical growth of engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, effectively translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and results.
