The Business Intelligence (“BI”) Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights through advanced visualization techniques, robust analysis, and compelling storytelling. This senior-level position requires a seasoned expert with a track record of creating high-quality presentations and reports for diverse audiences, from executive leadership to external stakeholders. The successful candidate will excel in blending technical proficiency with strategic thinking to support data-driven decision-making and drive impactful results for Presight’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
(a) Data Visualization and Reporting
· Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights effectively to stakeholders.
· Leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, and MS Excel to deliver interactive and dynamic visual representations of complex datasets.
· Ensure alignment of all data outputs with corporate branding and design standards.
(b) Data Analysis and Interpretation
· Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
· Conduct market benchmarking, customer journey analysis, and operational optimization studies.
(c) Presentation and Materials Development
· Prepare high-impact presentations for diverse audiences, including executive leadership, external stakeholders, and government entities.
· Develop materials such as brochures, investment teasers, and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment projects.
· Ensure materials are visually compelling and narratively coherent to effectively convey data-driven stories
(d) Strategic Support
· Contribute to the creation of public and internal analytical reports, surveys, and publications.
· Collaborate across departments to centralize data governance and improve organizational analytics capabilities.
· Support post-merger integrations and strategic initiatives with clear, data-backed recommendations.
General Accountabilities:
· Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency in all deliverables.
· Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
