We are seeking a talented senior full stack engineer to join our International Growth team. You will be responsible for helping to evolve our End of Survey Experience and continue our work in experimentation to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

What you’ll be working on

  • Write robust and testable code, contribute to technical specs, troubleshoot issues, and perform code reviews
  • Nurture a culture of collaboration, ownership and championing quality
  • Lead software design discussions, and other team activities to ensure the quality and scalability of our solutions
  • Collaborate with both Product and Design to help define our work 
  • Use your technical expertise to determine feasibility and effort required to implement stories, making proposals to align with our ethos of think big

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 8+ years full stack engineering experience
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to a culture of code reviews, and collaboration
  • Experience developing with React, Typescript, Next.js, or similar technologies
  • Experience developing with CSS, SCSS, LESS, or JSS
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with REST/GraphQL and coding against internal/external services and APIs
  • Experience with web application deployment pipelines such GitHub CI, AWS
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work with both co-located engineers, and cross-functional partners
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, real-time decision-making, and responsiveness to problem-solving that put the customer experience first

This opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Bengaluru 3 days per week.
