About the Evaluation team

The Evaluation team helps make Harmonic the primary source of information for evaluating potential investment deals through easily accessible, relevant, and accurate people, company and investor data. To learn more about the team:

The role

What you'll do:

• Influence and execute the overall vision of Harmonic’s offerings by collaborating with Product & Design to create products that help customers discover startups.
• Translate the needs of our customers and innovate our product features to exceed their expectations.
• "Get Shit Done" by working on every layer of our stack, proactively troubleshooting, and solving any issues that stand in the way of our customers gaining maximum value from our product.

Role requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, capable of building both frontend and backend solutions (Python, GraphQL, React).
• Strong GSD (Get Shit Done) mentality, prioritizing customer needs over engineering perfection.
• Able to work across disciplines and create predictability in an unpredictable space.
• Have experience taking the lead in planning and executing the development roadmap for software projects.

Plus if...

• Passionate about venture/finance with a product-first mindset, driven to solve customer problems with completeness and accuracy.
• 2+ years of experience in an early-stage startup.
• Obsessed about your craft and share your knowledge (tech talks, articles, open source, side projects, etc.).

Pay

$150k-$220k Salary + Equity depending on the level
