We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-quality features while driving technical excellence. You’ll take ownership of projects, contribute to architectural improvements, mentor junior engineers, and help shape best practices across the team.

Your impact

• Lead & Deliver: Own small-to-mid-sized projects from design to deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

• Improve & Optimize: Enhance system architecture, implement best practices, and contribute to a resilient, maintainable codebase.

• Mentor & Guide: Support junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate & Communicate: Work with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical discussions, and document key decisions.

• Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends to improve infrastructure, tools, and processes.

What you'll need to be successful

Technical Skills

• TypeScript (must-have) and Python

• React (must-have), Remix (nice to have)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes

• Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills

• Proven ability to build scalable, secure, and resilient systems

Leadership & Communication

• Ability to mentor and support junior engineers

• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience documenting technical designs and decisions

Problem-Solving

• Ability to navigate complex technical challenges and make informed trade-offs

• Proactive in identifying and mitigating risks

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, leading small-to-mid-sized projects

• Experience collaborating on technical roadmaps in cross-functional teams
