We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales exec with experience selling industrial software to join our team and drive sales of our cutting-edge AI camera solutions. The ideal candidate is a proven professional with a passion for technology and deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the target market.
Collaborate with technical experts to articulate the value proposition of our camera solutions and effectively demonstrate the technology to prospective clients.
Develop and execute a sales strategy that achieves quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Accurately forecast sales opportunities and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
Stay up to date on industry trends and developments, as well as emerging technologies and market needs within the automotive manufacturing industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
6+ years of experience in sales, with prior experience selling industrial software into manufacturing.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong network of contacts and relationships within the manufacturing industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in German & English is required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the automotive industry
