The Role

As the dedicated Senior Sales Analyts within our Commercial team, you'll analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and deliver actionable insights that directly impact our clients' bottom line. This is a standalone position working closely with Account Executives and Product and Data teams while reporting to the Commercial leadership.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Sales Data Analyst to join our commercial department. In this role, you will collaborate with the commercial team to analyze and normalize prospect data during the value-building stage. Your insights will help demonstrate the potential ROI of our services, supporting informed decision-making before entering the legal phase.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and standardize prospect transaction and chargeback data to identify recovery potential
  • Present compelling ROI analysis to support the sales team in client acquisition
  • Develop and refine data models to accurately predict chargeback recovery rates
  • Guide prospects through our assessment panel process, translating complex data insights into clear business value
  • Maintain quality standards for all prospect data analysis to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Serve as subject matter expert for payment service provider relationships
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to support client success

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with preference for experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Proven track record of extracting actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Understanding of payments ecosystem, particularly chargebacks and payment service providers
  • Strong service orientation towards both internal teams and external clients
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work across teams
  • Technical integration knowledge- advantage
  • Experience working with Salesforce- Advantage
