We are looking for Senior Research Engineers to join the TikTok AIGE team! You will work at the intersection of Generative AI and Graphics technologies and be responsible for bringing the latest and greatest innovations in the industry and academia to our platform that empowers millions of TikTok creators.
What you will do:
1. Research and develop the cutting-edge AR Effect Generation AI system that leads the industry in interactive experience generation.
2. Design and implement new features for TikTok's AI Effect Generation product to provide better creation experience for users
3. Design and implement the data collection, training and evaluation pipelines to build and assess AI Effect Generation system performance at various stages, and investigate ways to improve system intelligence
4. Using inference stage techniques such as RAG, CoT, Prompt Engineering to improve TikTok's AI Effect Generation model output
