As a Senior Recruiter at Jasper you will partner with and recruit for teams across the company. From sourcing top-tier candidates, to expertly closing offers, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment journey. Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization.
- Continuously strive to improve the recruiting process by using data and analyzing market trends.
- Be a Jasper ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience.
- Research markets, companies, teams and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles.
- Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools to help influence sourcing strategy.
Job Requirements
- 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical and non-technical roles.
- Exceptional adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong client management skills, including the ability to understand and meet the unique needs of each department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and various sourcing tools.
- Passion for building inclusive and diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
