Our Product Family Digital Commerce & Advisory enables the digitalization of the way we interact with our customers. Our team “AI for Commerce” is providing solutions that create new levels of user experience and high degrees of automation, using the latest innovations in AI. With the solution under development “Customer CoPilot”, our vision is to provide a virtual assistant that answers our customers’ questions and fulfills any kind of request related to products and orders, using innovative AI technologies. 

As the Product Owner for “Customer CoPilot”, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering our product vision and strategy. You will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the development team, ensuring that the product aligns with customer needs and company goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and features.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Together with the product manager, define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment our company goals.

Backlog Management:

  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the needs of stakeholders and users.
  • Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria that guide development efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and executives.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to refine product features and functionality.

Collaboration with Development Team:

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of user stories and requirements.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Product Delivery:

  • Oversee the product development process to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch to inform future iterations.

Performance Metrics:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
  • Conduct regular assessments of product health and user satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or business-technology related discipline
  • Min. 2-3 years of professional experience in IT and / or IT Consulting
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in product management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Experienced in international working contexts. English language by default.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Certification in agile methodologies Scrum (additionally Kanban, LEAN, OKRs, welcome)
  • Work experience in IT; specifically in e-commerce
