Our tech stack

Your mission:

You will collaborate with the ML team to develop and implement machine learning-based products, such as recommendation systems (RecSys), news projects, and various AI solutions. The Product Manager will be instrumental in driving product growth, shaping strategic direction, and ensuring that the products meet both user needs and business objectives. Key responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, analysing data to inform decisions, and defining clear business requirements to guide the development process. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation and impact are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the strategy for ML products.
• Preparing and aligning product requirements with business goals.
• Conducting Product Discovery and analyzing user needs.
• Defining and monitoring key product metrics to track performance.
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Running A/B tests and validating hypotheses to improve the product.
• Collaborating closely with developers, analysts, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Product Manager in IT, preferably with ML-based products.
• Strong knowledge of product analytics and expertise in working with key metrics.
• Ability to define product requirements, manage priorities, and align them with business goals.
• Knowledge of English and Russian language

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁
