Xbox Gaming AI is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, Gaming AI to help accelerate AI-powered experiences across Gaming. You will lead Gaming AI Shiproom partnering closely with product teams across Gaming as well as functional experts across CELA and marketing. You will drive shared capacity planning and management across Gaming AI in close collaboration with Azure AI. You will help identify key friction points for teams building AI features and help build a point of view on platform and tooling investments we need to make. You’ll collaborate with teams across Xbox to bring AI-powered features and experiences to market.
The ideal candidate has solid experience working with AI technology and products. They have a proven record of product management within technical teams and have hands-on experience working with AI. They are highly collaborative and have a demonstrated ability to thrive in matrixed organizations, working effectively with a broad range of teams. They are energized by ambiguity and create clarity for themselves and the teams they’re working with.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
