We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategy. This is a 6-month contract role offering the flexibility to work remotely.
5+ years of experience in product management, including 1+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
Proven experience managing software products from inception to launch and iteration.
Strong understanding of product management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Leadership experience with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and fostering collaboration.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking, balancing data-driven decisions with user insights.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align product strategies with business objectives.
Intellectual curiosity and a knack for solving complex problems.
Experience managing multiple product lines with competing priorities.
Bonus: Experience in crypto and/or developer platforms.
Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring continuous improvement in shipping velocity and quality.
Align the founder-defined vision and strategy to actionable product roadmaps and execution plans.
Mentor and grow the product management team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Implement and champion product management best practices, systems, and frameworks.
Ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to execute as a unified force.
Balance a rigorous, outcomes-driven approach with judgment and user-focused decisions.
Enhance documentation and communication efficiency across the organization.
Promote a data-driven culture, defining metrics and frameworks to measure success.
