Senior Product Manager to join our
BNPL stream and work on
Internal Growth to lead and enhance our internal operational efficiency. This role focuses on developing and optimizing internal tools, workflows, and processes that support business growth and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with business development, operations, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and scaling of internal processes.
You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:
Internal Process Optimization
- Oversee and enhance internal tools and platforms to support operational efficiency.
- Drive the development of new functions, events, and procedures to improve workflow automation.
- Maintain and refine internal systems to align with business needs.
Collaboration & Integration
- Partner with stakeholders to support business growth initiatives and process improvements.
- Handle requests and integrations within internal systems to streamline operations.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve collaboration between teams.
Operational Efficiency & Automation
- Improve workflow automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Enhance internal processes related to data management, compliance, and scoring models.
What we expect

3+ years of experience in Product Management
- Strong understanding of internal tooling, integrations, and process automation.
- Experience with underwriting, lead management, and partner support processes.
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and align teams toward business goals.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to measure impact through KPIs.
