As a Senior Product Manager, AI Leverage Engineering at Ridgeline, you will lead the charge in developing impactful, scalable, AI-driven tools that maximize internal productivity across the organization. From intelligent workflow automation to AI-powered search and predictive insights, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction, execution, and success of initiatives that make every Ridgeline employee more effective. You’ll partner closely with engineering, AI platform, security, and IT stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are seamlessly integrated, secure, and deeply adopted. In this role, you'll leverage cutting-edge technologies—including AI tools like OpenAI, Bedrock, Glean, AI-powered IDEs, and open-source frameworks—to deliver breakthrough innovation for internal operations.

What will you do?

• Define and drive the strategy for AI-powered internal solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency
• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI across all Ridgeline job functions
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable AI solutions
• Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with existing platforms to increase usability and adoption
• Evangelize AI use internally by enabling awareness, training, and championing adoption across departments
• Stay up to date on the latest AI trends, tools, and methodologies to inform future initiatives
• Establish and track success metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and guide continuous improvement

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in building AI-driven or LLM-based products
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical application to productivity and workflow optimization
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable plans
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and non-technical stakeholders alike
• Passion for internal tooling, efficiency, and automation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with AI-powered search, discovery, and knowledge management systems

Compensation and Benefits 

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $135,000-$157,500. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
