About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager  you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy,  shaping our product strategy for achieving long & short term business objectives whilst improving the experience within the app. Your expertise in utilizing data insights from platforms will be crucial in driving informed decisions and contributing to the success of our products.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for our products.
• Utilize product and business analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve product features, user engagement, and overall performance.
• Monitor product performance and user behavior trends, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancements.  
• Identify gaps in the user experience by making  user experience and marketing funnels and should be able to define and measure conversion metrics at each step of their funnels
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and iterate on product strategies.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for product and business stakeholders and communicate findings, trends, and progress to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels.
• Develop a deep understanding of user personas, needs, and points them into data-driven recommendations for product improvements.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analysis purposes.
• Conduct user and market research for a competitive edge over competitors.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on utilising data analytics to drive product insights and improvements.
• Proficiency in using Amplitude and Google Analytics, Firebase, Excel etc for data analysis and visualisation.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experiment design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a continuous learning mindset.
