We're looking for an experienced Product Manager, who wants to influence and change the way primary care works. You will be leading the product side of the Navina Analytics Squad. Its main goal is to provide an analytics product that enables medical teams to analyze the effectiveness of their medical treatment, gain insights into their workflows, and optimize their performance.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our customers and different external and internal stakeholders to identify and solve their pain points and identify new ones.
  • Lead the cross-functional team (squad structure) to accomplish company vision and KPIs.
  • Make tough tactical prioritization decisions daily while building the squad roadmap.
  • Work closely with all departments (Customer Success, Support, Business, Marketing) to measure, improve, and drive product-market fit.
  • Become an expert on the domain, the market, competitors, and trends.
  • Identify and translate users’ needs into prioritized product specifications.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver simple and engaging user experiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management in SAAS B2B/ B2B2C company.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, multi-tasker.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to ask the right questions and analyze data.
  • Ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Hebrew.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Great team player with excellent leadership and personal skills.
  • Strong technical understanding.
  • Experience in Data Analytics platforms or data visualizations.

Advantages:

  • Previous experience and passion for working closely with enterprise/SMB clients from the US market, preferably working with end-users.
  • Experience with digital health products or background in the healthcare field.
