As a Product Designer at Gauss Labs, you will play a key role in designing AI/ML-based industrial software that dramatically improves productivity in the semiconductor and manufacturing. Your work will focus on designing complex data and technology into user-friendly UX/UI, helping to develop next-generation industrial solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. You will support the entire Gauss Labs design ecosystem and ensure seamless integration of various products and features within the Panoptes platform.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver AI/ML products that assist in improving semiconductor yield.
Lead in designing and contributing to decision-making across all user touchpoints, as an independent designer for products or specific requirements.
Propose product improvements by collecting both quantitative and qualitative data on user pain points proactively.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Product Design or equivalent experience.
Expertise in UX design, with the ability to understand data CRUD and create seamless user experiences.
Expertise in UI design, capable of visualizing complex information structures into beautiful and clear Web UI.
Excellent collaboration skills to communicate flexibly with stakeholders(PMs, Designers, Engineers, Marketers, etc.) to coordinate complex requirements.
Proficient in design tools including Figma, Adobe, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in designing AI/ML-based industrial B2B solutions/products.
Experience in designing products with consideration for global user experience and multilingual support features.
Experience in building and improving design systems.
Ability to conduct and analyze data analysis, user research, and usability testing to improve user experience.
Ability to effectively implement user flows through prototyping.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
