We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our ever-growing Product team.
We want this person to be responsible for shaping our user experience and driving product innovation. The ideal candidate will have b2b SaaS experience, passionate about creating intuitive, user-centre designs and ready to take ownership of the design process from start to finish.

Day in the Life
Lead the end-to-end design process for our SaaS product, from ideation to implementation
Envisage new features for the platform and produce mockups to explain them
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Work closely with Customer Success Managers to understand how best to solve issues for our clients.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web interfaces
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences
Develop and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across the product
Stay up-to-date with UX trends and best practices, incorporating them into our product strategy
Support the wider business through various design tasks
What You Bring to the Team
5+ years of experience in product design or UX design, preferably for SaaS products
Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in user research methodologies and data-driven design
Expert knowledge of Figma
Experience with design systems and component-based design
Solid understanding of web design principles and responsive design
Key Skills
User-centered design methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Double Diamond)
Information architecture and interaction design
Prototyping (low and high-fidelity)
Data visualisation and dashboard design
User journey mapping and service design
A/B testing and design experimentation
Basic understanding of behavioural psychology and cognitive science principles
