Synthflow is already working with some of the world's biggest companies. In this position you'll become our first full-time product designer. You'll be working very closely with our head of product on envisioning the future of voice AI.
Lead the entire product design process: User Research → UX → UI
Transform complex product requirements into intuitive, usable interfaces
Think strategically about product direction and user experience
Communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
Design with an understanding of engineering constraints and implementation trade-offs
Conduct user research and advocate for user-centered design
Uphold high standards for design craft and detail
5+ years of experience designing successful digital products
Strong product sensibilities and the ability to suggest solutions proactively
Strategic thinking with clear articulation of design rationale
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Deep understanding of UX principles and human behavior
Experience working closely with engineering and product
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
Basic coding knowledge is a plus
