The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) is responsible for the overall data strategy, analytics, reporting, and governance across the firm's CAO functions. This function supports a diverse set of functional areas such as real estate, supplier services, security services, and more. As a Senior Product Associate on the CAO Data Strategy team, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and hands-on implementation, championing best practices in AI development and deployment processes in coordination with the CAO Data Science team. This role will be pivotal in driving the execution of the CAO AI/ML Program, managing the lifecycle of AI/ML products, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and project management with a preferred understanding of AI/ML technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Plan, perform, and oversee testing of new functionality and regression testing.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and ensure delivery against said timelines.
  • Ensure seamless deployment and scalability of AI products by guiding team members and stakeholders through the DevOps and MLOps lifecycle.
  • Establish standardized methods, procedures, and documentation for all stages of the MDLC, including user testing, performance evaluation, and escalation processes.
  • Implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) processes for AI models and collaborate with CAO Technology engineers to streamline deployment pipelines.
  • Develop and implement an organized request intake process.
  • Maintain and report on initiative inventory, ensuring clear visibility of active, delayed, and prioritized initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Act as the voice of the Data Science team, communicating effectively across disciplines and summarizing technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the tech organization to prioritize technical tasks and secure necessary resources for deployment, pipeline management, and production.
  • Continuously engage with different parts of the LOB to generate new business opportunities and problem statements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 4+ years of work experience, with 2+ years in MLOps, DevOps, technology product management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities and manage high-impact AI products.
  • Knowledge of the ML workflow, including annotation, model training, model serving, scoring, pre/post processing, productionization, and feedback capture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into product features through agile development.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to coordinate and delegate across functional groups.
  • Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent, with the capability to challenge peers and present ideas to Senior Management.
