We’re now looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist, whose role will be to set up and coordinate the procurement process in order to ensure all components arrive on time and in good quality, and optimize their route from suppliers to project site.

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:

  • Procurement Planning and Strategy - Develop procurement plans and strategies to ensure timely availability of materials and components to enable business growth and product delivery optimization
  • Cost Management and Budgeting - Analyze and report on procurement costs and identify areas for cost savings or process improvements to ensure ensure that it aligns with the company’s budget and financial goals
  • Supplier Sourcing and Relationship Management - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for robotized solutions, raw materials, and other equipment needed. Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring the quality and reliability of their products and services
  • Inventory Management - Establish processes, Monitor and manage inventory levels of key components, spare parts, and materials
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for process and tools improvements in procurement practices, supplier management, and cost reduction to ensure procurement follows company’s evolution
  • Purchase Order Management - Issue and manage purchase orders, ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, including verifying pricing, specifications, and delivery schedules
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance - Ensure that procured materials and components meet company quality standards and engineering specifications
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination - Manage the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Reporting and Documentation - Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier communications, and purchase transactions
  • Collaboration and Communication - Participate in cross-functional meetings to align procurement efforts with company goals and objectives

What skills we’d like you to have:

  • Experience working with technical team in the area of industrial automation
  • Knowledge of automation and robotics related industry markets, practices, and products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration with multiple teams
  • Experience in a similar position, including working in a contract/subcontract/procurement role with responsibility for sourcing, placing orders, negotiations
  • Flexible, motivated and capable of making changes to improve processes while adapting to changing business and customer needs
  • Knowledge of scalable systems related to purchasing, suppliers and materials management – including the ability to develop and implement systems combining flexibility, best practices and workflows that are easy to apply by all staff.
