We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey!ResponsibilitiesDevelop state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms and strategies to improve user consumption experience, inspire merchants' service quality and revenue, and build a fair and flourishing ecosystem on E-commerce Platform.Participate in the development of massive knowledge graphs of real-world products to support feed ranking, recommendations, and ads.Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and the product strategy & operation team to define product strategies and features.Develop and build deep learning models to understand and explore E-Commerce entities such as products, shops, sellers, authors and users, summarize the methods to improve efficiency, generate fundamental data and methods which are widely used in E-Commerce business, such as search, recommendation, user growth, data analysis.Establish similar algorithms and support for merchandize assortment business.Leverage the full advantage of modern ML techniques to build ML models to solve various consumption-related problems.Perform data analysis on our data to improve current products.Extract or generate features with Machine Learning models to support downstream tasks.Keep up with the state-of-art ML and NLP models/methodologies.Mentor junior Engineers.QualificationsQualificationsMust have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:Prototyping and developing machine learning and natural language processing models;Deploying machine learning services;Analyzing large quantities of online data to improve user experiences;Designing and performing statistical tests to evaluate online recommendation results; andProcessing big data with Hadoop.Travel Requirement: Domestic and/or international travel required up to 10%.Type: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: Bellevue, WASalary Range: $184300 - $337250 per yearTo Apply, click the apply button below.
