About the role

As an MLOps Engineer,  your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, test, and manage end-to-end generative AI and large language model (LLM) applications and services for both internal and external products. This will include creating and managing complex AI systems, integrating LLMs, real-time systems, APIs, and agentic workflows in a robust, scalable, and powerful manner. Your expertise in AI technologies will drive innovation, efficiency, and automation across our platform.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Passionate drive for our mission and relentless pursuit of customer success.

• High moral and ethical standards, seeking open and honest communication, and rejecting manipulation, dishonesty, and intolerance.
• Demonstrated dedication and commitment to our customers, shareholders, employees, and local communities.
• Experience with Python, especially for asynchronous applications.
• Expertise with LLMOps, general MLOps, or other closely related AI specializations, especially experience with testing and maintaining production LLM applications and with self-hosting ML models.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Experience with scalable, containerized solutions (Kubernetes, GKE, ECS, Docker).
• Strong proficiency in systems architecture.
• Bonus -- If you can be in person in D.C.
