Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tune LLMs using domain-specific Vietnamese datasets
• Build and manage training pipelines with LoRA/PEFT techniques
• Distilling model for domain specific.
• Evaluate and optimize model performance
• Work closely with TechX’s data team for integration

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years in ML/Deep Learning
• Experience in LLM fine-tuning and deployment
• Familiar with Hugging Face, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker
• Understanding of Vietnamese NLP is a strong plus
• Strong foundation of Data Scientist and Data Engineering
• Familiar with DEA, Data processing in Image, Unstructured Data and Voice.
