About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support in Strategic Leadership by defining the AI strategy and periodically refresh in alignment with AIA Ascend 200 and TDA strategies; contribute to the development and implementation of new GenAI driven products, solutions, and services; Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, tools, and trends, and evaluate their potential for the company's growth; and be responsible to deliver frameworks to ensure quality delivery AI solutions and the tracking mechanism of impact or quality post implementation

• Play an important Governance role in Champion the ethical use of AI technologies, providing reasonable to senior management on the Group’s compliance with responsible AI principles, taking into consideration the control and business objectives with relevant regulations and industry best standards; identify and address potential biases or risks associated with AI algorithms and models; and promote transparency, fairness, and accountability in all AI-related processes and decision-making

• On Execution level, Identify where AI can provide significant value and competitive advantage using new technologies such as Gen AI; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft AI solutions that address specific business needs

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related quantitative field with 15 + years of experience in software programming experience
• Proven solid understanding and expertise with AI related technologies and ability to roll out solutions on cloud platforms like Azure
• Track record of success applying AI concepts to business opportunities and/or problems; ideally to have Ability to pick up life and health insurance concepts quickly
• Proven track record to explain the value of AI to business leaders
• Proven experience driving high-impact technology initiatives across sophisticated, global organizations
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including presentation, influencing and negotiation
• Proficiency in written and spoken English crucial
