Mission

The Senior Manager - AI Change & Skills Development plays a critical role in driving successful adoption and utilization of AI solutions across relevant Business functions and Opcos as applicable. The incumbent will ensure the AI solutions and platforms are seamlessly embedded in business processes enabling end users to leverage AI for enhanced productivity, efficiency and decision making

The role is responsible for identifying impacted end users, developing communication plans, end-user training to foster a culture of AI first. The role will also be monitoring AI adoption metrics and recommending strategies for enhancing utilization and effectiveness

The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role driving AI awareness and advocacy by designing and delivering AI upskilling programs curated to the relevant AI solutions, ensuring robust feedback mechanisms by tracking AI utilization, addressing user concerns and continuously improving AI solutions

The Senior Manager – AI Change and Skills Development will be responsible for the following:

  • Design and implement AI adoption strategies, ensuring end users understand and embrace deployed AI solutions in their day-to-day tasks to enhance efficiency
  • Formulate and deliver communication strategies that effectively articulate the value of AI and how it enhances business outcomes and employee productivity
  • Lead the planning and execution of Business strategies for AI solution go-lives , ensuring alignment with business priorities and ensuring that employees understand the new AI products' value
  • Monitor AI usage metrics and generate reports to evaluate AI impact, adoption trends, and areas requiring intervention
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the AI solutions are seamlessly embedded into daily operations and business processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to address bottlenecks in AI adoption and foster an AI-first culture through workshops, roadshows, and executive briefings
  • Implement AI literacy certifications and Oversee the development of AI learning programs and use of resources such as quick reference guides, FAQs, and relevant curated collaterals to support employees in using AI products
  • Act as a liaison between end users and development teams, providing feedback and suggestions based on user experiences and challenges to improve product functionality
  • Engage with industry experts and stay updated on AI trends, incorporating best practices into AI learning initiatives
  • Establish AI governance and ethical AI usage guidelines in partnership with risk and compliance teams
  • Develop reports for leaders on AI adoption rates, AI skill development metrics and workforce readiness for AI-driven transformation
  • Designate AI champions across different business units/Opcos to serve as role models and facilitators of AI-driven innovation within teams
  • Identify potential risks or issues related to the AI product rollout and create plans to mitigate them, ensuring that business processes continue without major disruption

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field
  • Certification in Change Management, or related fields (preferred)

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in in change management, project management, or AI adoption, particularly within a telecom or technology-driven organization
  • Experience leading AI solution adoption efforts, monitoring utilization of AI tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in a business environment, particularly in the telecom industry, is advantageous
  • Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies for large-scale launches and organizational changes

Skills :

  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and manage the human side of technology adoption effectively
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in business processes
  • Ability to support learning teams in identifying the necessary upskilling requirements for AI solutions
  • Skilled at identifying and resolving obstacles during the AI product adoption process
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging and informing all levels of the organization about AI solutions
