We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to be part of our foundational Machine Learning team in Berlin
Building a best in class recommendation system.
Maximising player lifetime value (pLTV) problems in a complex business model using causal ML and sequence modelling.
Designing and optimising reward schemes using Bayesian modelling, based on player behaviours and market shifts
Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex real-world problems in the Ad-Tech domain.
Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to productionise ML models, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in a dynamic environment.
Build robust data pipelines to preprocess, transform, and ensure high-quality datasets for ML model training and evaluation.
Develop APIs and systems to integrate ML solutions into production, enabling seamless use by cross-functional teams.
Monitor and optimise ML systems post-deployment, ensuring model health and iterating based on performance feedback.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align ML solutions with business needs.
Proven Experience: Expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience with cloud platform and their ML services.
System Design: Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, CI/CD, and microservices architecture.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively across teams.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player behaviour and game design principles.
Experience with adtech, ad monetisation platforms, or the gambling industry.
Knowledge of gaming metrics and KPIs, including pLTV, retention, and ROAS.
