Qualifications

  • You’ve published papers or contributed to the ML community through talks or writing. You’re an ML thought leader.
  • A strong academic background in machine learning, computer science, or a related field (MS or PhD preferred but not required), or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
  • Must be local to the Philadelphia area and available for 3 days/week in-office.
  • Strong ability to deliver, solve, and iterate in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in data-heavy domains such as banking, data intelligence, insurance, anti-fraud, or security.
  • Python preferred, but not a blocker for exceptional ML talent.
