Job Summary

As a Senior Generative AI Engineer (12743), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Experiment with state-of-the-art architectures and techniques in generative AI, such as transformers and diffusion models.
• Optimize models for efficiency, scalability, and deployment in production environments.
• Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to align AI functionalities with business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
• Professional/ Advanced English skills.
• 6 years of experience in machine learning, generative models, and natural language processing.
• Proven expertise in building RAG-based LLMs applications.
• Deep understanding of nlp foundations.
• Proficiency with generative AI libraries such as LangChain, Llamaindex, hugging face (optional spacy, nltk, fasttext, lucene).
• Experience with different types of models like BERT, Transformers, GPT-1,2,3,J, etc.
• Experience designing and building cloud based machine learning applications.
• Proficiency with Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch
