SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Data Science departments to enhance the efficiency and productivity of our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. Your core responsibilities will include the design, development, and optimization of robust and scalable data pipelines that process, transform, and integrate large volumes of data from various sources into our analytics platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of new and existing features, aimed at building next-generation applications and data pipelines for our internal go-to-market teams. This role demands a proactive approach to carrying tasks from design to deployment, taking full ownership of projects. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance React applications.
• Architect and implement Python backend APIs that scale.
• Deploy and maintain applications in Kubernetes using Terraform and Jenkins.
• Take full ownership of app development, including monitoring via Grafana and implementing alert systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Build AI-powered features leveraging prompt engineering expertise.
• Balance rapid delivery with code quality and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including roles as a Senior Developer or Lead Engineer.
• Advanced React expertise and modern frontend development skills.
• Strong backend development capabilities.
• Experience building GenAI applications.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Advantages:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform & CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (preferred) or other Cloud vendors.
• Developing complex large scale data pipelines.
