Roles & Responsibilities:
As a RevOps Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across revenue-generating teams. You will ensure the smooth flow of data, provide insights that improve decision-making, and oversee processes that support revenue growth and efficiency.

 

You will be working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance and others to optimize processes and proactively address challenges.


Operations Management:

Support end-to-end revenue process, pipeline management, forecasting, revenue reporting and quota setting.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze key business metrics, create and support regular weekly/monthly/quarterly/half yearly reports and dashboards to track performance across teams. Identify trends and actionable insights to improve overall operational efficiency.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Ensure alignment of processes, tools, reporting standards with the leadership.

 

Process Improvement:

Optimize and review current processes, identify gaps in working flows and resolve.

 

Business Forecasting: 

Collaborate with Sales team to provide accurate revenue forecasts and ensure alignment on targets.

 

Data Quality & Management:
Maintain and improve the accuracy and integrity of key operational data in CRM systems, ensuring consistency. Build processes and train the team on the adherence to best practices while updating CRM 

 

Documentation & Training:

Document processes and train internal stakeholders on new tools/updates.



Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in handling operations with respect to Sales/Marketing/Revenue teams, expertise in business analysis with strong technical and analytical skills.

  • Must have strong working knowledge on Salesforce CRM
     
  • Having CRM migration experience is a strong value add
     
  • You should have a proactive approach to identifying operational inefficiencies and solving them.
     
  • Excellent attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
