We launched in March, scaled revenue, and raised a Series A from a top-tier firm this past week. We’re a small team of 17 and growing. We're building out the founding team in-person in SF to scale what’s working.
The Chief of Staff will act as a second thread for the CEO. Given the company’s top priorities, they will track their progress, identify blockers, and will do the grunt work and build systems to ensure they’re achieved. Currently, the company’s top priorities are enterprise sales and recruiting. You’ll also be a foundational part of how we build the culture at Vapi.
Act as the representative of Vapi's CEO to external and internal stakeholders, fostering a strong positive impression of our executive team
Significantly reduce meeting and project overhead of Vapi's CEO by managing their calendar, protecting their time, and setting priorities
Lead special operations and team projects as needed to
