The Data Scientist will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, developing machine learning models, and providing actionable insights that drive business decisions. Working in collaboration with Data Engineers, the Data Scientist will utilize advanced statistical techniques and AI/ML algorithms to extract meaningful information and contribute to the company’s digital transformation.

Develop and apply machine learning models, AI techniques, and statistical methodologies to solve business problems.

Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data infrastructure and pipelines are optimized for data analysis and model deployment.

Analyze large, complex datasets to extract trends, patterns, and business insights.

Design and implement predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection algorithms.

Interpret data, visualize findings, and present insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Optimize existing models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Work closely with stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into data science solutions.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in collaboration with the data engineering team.

Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Minimum Qualifications:

BSc/MSc in Computer BSc/MSc/PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline., Computer Science, Information Systems or related Technical Discipline

Minimum Experience: 4-6 years of experience in data science, AI/ML model development, or related roles in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Skills:

• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Familiarity with SQL and working with large-scale databases and cloud-based data platforms.
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile and fast-paced environment.
