We are seeking an Electrical Engineer - Camera Systems to join our hardware team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development and optimization of our camera-based hardware systems. You will work on the design, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical components and systems that power our AI-driven solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
Design and develop electrical systems for camera hardware, including PCBs, power management, and sensor integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cameras with other hardware and software components.
Perform functional, performance, and environmental testing on camera systems to validate designs.
Debug and troubleshoot electrical issues, including power supply, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC concerns.
Develop test setups and procedures to validate hardware performance and compliance with industry standards.
Optimize electrical designs for manufacturability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Document designs, test results, and troubleshooting processes to support product development and manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in electrical design and testing, preferably for camera or imaging systems.
Hands-on experience with PCB design and layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer).
Strong knowledge of image sensors, power management circuits, and high-speed signal design.
Experience with electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power analyzers.
Familiarity with EMI/EMC standards and mitigation techniques.
Experience with high-speed data interfaces such as MIPI, USB, or Ethernet.
Knowledge of thermal management in electronic systems.
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python for test automation and data analysis.
Understanding of camera optics and image signal processing is a plus.
