Job Responsibilities:   

  • As ADI's Senior Director of Manufacturing AI, you will be responsible for leading the rapid development and integration of AI into all aspects of ADI's manufacturing and supply chain processes.

  • Develop and drive the AI strategy and roadmap with manufacturing and supply chain, partnering with other AI teams.

  • Work with our internal and external fabs to develop AI applications and solutions to increase automation and efficiency.

  • Drive cross-domain AI development to increase productivity in product testing, manufacturing, shipping, and time-to-market.

  • Build and lead a team of AI and software engineers and manufacturing domain experts to lead AI innovation in the semiconductor manufacturing space.

  • Communicate the value of AI clearly by articulating both the high-level concepts and detailed stories and convince teams to adopt AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of technical experience, including 5+ years working in semiconductor manufacturing.

  • 5+ years leading technical teams and managing complex AI/ML solutions.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience with large-scale manufacturing or supply chain processes and the associated data and analytics challenges.

  • Deep knowledge of modern AI techniques, such as transformers, LLMs, foundation models, computer vision, and sensor fusion.  Experience with autonomous systems or industrial robotics is a plus.

  • Experience with modern AI and data tech stacks.

  • Proven ability to think strategically and drive rapid innovation in a

  • A confident influencer with strong communication skills who quickly establishes credibility and is capable of leading cross-functional teams.
