We are looking to further expand our data & analytics capabilities by bringing in an exceptional and experienced leader of people who can continue to build on our vision, strategy and strategic roadmap for data products and analytics services within ViiV’s global commercial organisation. Our current offering includes a well-established and continuously evolving next-best action product, multi-channel analytics, performance and digital dashboards and tools using AI and Gen AI to help make productivity leaps. Building, mentoring, and leading a team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Analysts and Business Partners you will be accountable for having an impact on the performance of our business and ultimately on the lives of people living with HIV.
With a portfolio of promoted in-line medicines and a full pipeline, ViiV Healthcare is looking for a forward-thinking Data, Analytics and AI lead to join the Global Commercial Strategy team. The HIV market is fiercely competitive; remaining aware of the dynamic external environment is important in support of the ambitious plan for ViiV company growth.
The successful candidate should be an excellent team leader, experienced in collaborating with a broad set of teams (including global, regional, local teams; medical, tech/IT and digital), across a complex organization and be able to successfully translate business requirements into products and tools that can help the organization stay ahead. The successful candidate should also be able to engage and work with senior leaders in the organization, providing confidence and tangible outputs to propel us on the journey.
