We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to help build the Demand Generation function at OpenObserve, establishing new programs and generating high-quality leads for our sales team. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS demand generation, with specific experience in products that target technical users and developers.
Measure, monitor, and report on demand generation activities and KPIs
Manage and optimize advertising budgets.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads through the funnel
Organize and manage webinar programs to educate prospects and customers
Develop and optimize digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms
Implement and manage SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic
Configure and optimize marketing automation workflows
Lead A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve conversion rates
Develop and grow our podcast program to establish thought leadership
5+ years of experience in Demand Generation roles
3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS environments
Strong understanding of technical/developer-centric products
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
Data-driven approach with proven ability to analyze campaign performance
Excellent project management and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience with observability products/solutions
Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, DevOps, SREs)
Knowledge of developer workflows and pain points
Certification in digital marketing or related field
