The ideal candidate will be a full-funnel demand gen pro and possess a mix of strong tactical and strategic skills.

What you’ll be working on

  • Experiment to improve campaign ROI and drive efficiency gains.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Strategic Mindset: Purposeful intention behind what you do. You’re focused on goals and outcomes and have a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Meticulous Organization Skills: It takes a lot to run a campaign. But you’re an expert at juggling project management, channel management, and managing all of the stakeholders.
  • Creative Innovation: You’re full of ideas (but know how to weed out the bad ones), and you’re willing to take calculated, innovative risks to find success.
  • Influence: You’re comfortable generating buy-in for your ideas and plans. You can navigate a global organization with ease.
  • Storytelling + Content Creation: You know how to craft compelling landing pages, ad copy, webinar decks, etc., that motivate your target audience to take action.
  • Analytical + Data-Driven Skills: You know that data drives the best campaigns. You’re comfortable using Salesforce reports and Tableau dashboards to review and report on performance.
  • Marketing Technology Enthusiasm: The following tools are in our martech stack. Ideally, you’ve got experience with these platforms or comparable ones: Salesforce, Hubspot, Goldcast, Wordpress, Jira, Tableau, Amplitude, Outreach, Highspot.
  • Ability to communicate written and orally in English at the B2+ level
