As a User Centric Analytics (UCA) team member, your role involves understanding, analyzing, and predicting user (passengers, drivers, and merchants) behavior. This knowledge is critical in driving user engagement strategies, enhancing user experience, and contributing to overall business growth.
Your skills in machine learning/AI algorithms skills, programming proficiency, mathematical modeling, and statistical analysis are invaluable. They enable us to make data-driven decisions and bridge the gap between data science solutions and business decisions in the ride-hailing industry.
Get To Know The Role:
The main responsibilities for this role are building and improving user-level prediction models such as user lifetime value (LTV) prediction, user propensity prediction, etc. As a data scientist focusing on user-level prediction models, your role will be crucial in optimizing user engagement and retention, which are key strategies for business growth and profitability.
The critical task you will perform:
Develop and implement predictive models to understand and forecast user behavior and engagement. This involves using various machine learning/AI and statistical modeling techniques.
Analyze and interpret massive datasets of transactional, behavioral, and millions of interactions of our users on our platform to understand users' behavior and trends that can inform business strategies.
Continually improve user-level models through iterative enhancements, ensuring they remain effective and relevant.
Ensure the scalability of models to handle larger datasets or more features. This involves optimizing the computational efficiency of the models and deploying them in a scalable manner.
Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, product managers, marketing, and country teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
