Position Summary
Are you interested in utilizing your advanced analytics skills to contribute to patient safety and dispensing monitoring for 1.6 billion annual prescriptions? The CVS team is currently seeking a skilled Senior Data Scientist to support pharmacy analytics. They will use their knowledge in Python scripting and SQL to investigate problems, detect patterns, and recommend solutions.
By joining us, you will be part of a journey to develop descriptive and predictive techniques that enhance the patient, prescriber, and pharmacist experience through comprehensive analytics and insights. This includes leveraging predictive and prescriptive insights from clustering, anomaly detection, and risk scoring techniques. Additionally, you will apply analytics to optimize tradeoffs and create scenario models to address various business inquiries. The candidate will collaborate with business leaders and partners to inform the analytics approach, identify quick wins, and enable step changes over time. They must be able to effectively influence and communicate with a non-technical audience and promote adoption to drive sustainable impact.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $206,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
