The Global Product & RD team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues to grow, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.
The Global Product team is growing exponentially. The business lines are ranging from Monetization Technology, Data, Machine Learning, System, Infrastructure, AR Effects, Security Technology and more.
About the Team:
The Product Data Analytics Team analyses a combination of product usage and product performance data to derive meaningful insights that would serve as a guide to better product and decision making for our business leaders. Our team will work through different business scenarios including improving TikTok In-App Search user experiences, Creator ecosystem, etc.. In addition, it is important to manage the data life cycle to ensure problems are quantitatively measured to propose logical solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for data analysis work related to international product search business.
2. Lead a team in conducting in-depth analysis within the business domain. Identify optimization points that can enhance the user search experience across various products based on business logic. Provide clear and actionable optimization solutions, and collaborate with product, operations, algorithm, and development teams to implement these solutions, resulting in actual business growth.
3. Lead the team in designing and analyzing various A/B experiments within the search business, evaluating product optimization outcomes, assessing market activity impact, analyzing fluctuations in key metrics, and establishing data systems.
4. Stay informed about industry trends and gain insights into the search business. Offer directional analysis guidance to the search business, participate in critical business decisions, and provide solutions to key and challenging issues within the search business.
5. Responsible for building specialized models to support the business.
