• Implements robust data governance processes, maintaining well-documented and current business rules.
• Identifies opportunities for enhancing data processes and access, optimizing analytics applications.
• Develops and upholds efficient data access procedures, ensuring data is maximized for analysis methods and advanced analytics applications.
• Establishes ongoing data quality metrics, enabling early detection of data issues in ingestion and curation, ensuring accuracy and reliability for analytics.
• Implements effective data quality controls, building confidence among key users and stakeholders, including data scientists.
   

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Must have:

• Total IT experience required 5-7 years.
• 2+ years of experience working with unstructured data analysis/text analytics/natural language processing.
• 2 + Experience in machine learning, NLP, python and/or R
• 2+ years preferred experience with SQL or other programming/database manipulation methods and tools to collect, integrate, and manipulate data for analytics usage and reporting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Python programming, SQL, Statistics, data pipelines and data story telling through visualization methods e.g., PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
• Working knowledge of cloud based and local data science frameworks and toolkits. Experience in Azure / Databricks is preferred but GCP / AWS would be considered.

Good to have:

• Working with, integrating, and using healthcare data preferred.
• Be able to compile, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to answer business questions and ad-hoc analysis requests.
• Should be able to independently drive stakeholder discussions and project delivery.
