We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will work on developing analytical solutions to enhance the product. He/she will work on solutions for the user-facing product features as well as the internal data processes. He/she is expected to leverage suitable AI/ML tools to develop best-in-class solutions.As Senior Data Scientist the candidate is expected to break down the business problem to appropriate ML or BI problems and develop practical, easy to use solutions that enhance user experience and deliver value.The candidate is expected to be a quick learner and a sharp problem solver. He/she will also have to interact with different teams for requirement gathering, testing, presenting solutions, and deployment.The role offers a challenging and exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing industry and do a wide variety of cutting-edge work in the area of data science.Key Responsibilities:Developing data, ML, AI, and BI product features to enhance the user experience and the value delivered through dataDevelop ML/AI solutions to improve the data related internal processes like data ingestion, summarization, quality check etc. in terms of accuracy and efficiencyWorking with product and design teams to gather requirements and design data solutionsCoordinating with the development team for the deployment of data science solutionsDocumentation and presentation of data solutions to internal stakeholders and clientsResearch and exploration of the latest data science products and interventions in the relevant fieldData analysis for data quality assessment and insight generationMentoring and coaching junior team membersRequirements:B.Tech/B.E./MSc./MBA in engineering, maths, or statistics from top collegeMinimum 3 years of experience with data science, machine learning, and programmingExpertise in Python, SQL, object-oriented programming, and machine learning librariesKnowledge of statistics, machine learning, AI, and NLP tools and techniquesKnowledge of Git, CI, Spark, AWS ,and data pipelinesKnowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Shell is desirableGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving, and quantitative skillsThe candidate should be a quick learner and should be up to date with current technology trends.
