Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a Senior Data Scientist, on your day-to-day, you will use data to solve business issues in different geographies, and work on our Marketing processes. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.

This position is Hybrid in Lisbon/Porto.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Python-based analytical engines (e.g., direct marketing, inbound marketing, web navigation) regularly.
• Gather and analyze internal and external data to evaluate their business relevance.
• Design, refine, and maintain models and analytical tools.
• Enhance data quality controls and standardize processes and analyses.
• Deliver outputs with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Track and visualize KPIs to monitor the performance of in-house models.
• Create and update dashboards to support decision-making.

Requirements for the role 

• + 6 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Skilled in running Python-based analytical engines for various marketing and navigation purposes.
• Experienced in assessing business value through internal and external data collection and analysis.
• Proficient in creating and refining models and analytical tools.
• Expert in developing data quality controls and standardizing processes and analyses.
• Capable of tracking and visualizing KPIs to measure model performance.
• Experienced in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards for analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in R for data analysis, modelling, and visualization.
• Understanding statistical and machine-learning techniques is important.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
