We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Senior Data Scientist, Marketing Analytics to join our world-class marketing team. This outstanding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on our business performance through advanced analytics and data-driven insights. You will be critical in supporting our marketing efforts, helping to improve our strategies and craft key business decisions.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical teams.
Proficient with SQL and experience in programming languages such as R or Python.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights clearly.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Ability to travel internationally 10% of the time.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a data science role with a focus on marketing analytics.
Experience in a marketing analytics role within a tech company or startup environment.
Advanced proficiency in statistical and predictive modeling techniques.
Demonstrated success in supporting data-driven marketing strategies.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
