Data scientists on this team will be part of the broader data science team, and specific product teams focused on tangible and immediate business impact.
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to work on the Frontline & IT Pro experiences team. The incumbent will be responsible for defining and measuring success for the product, work with the product & engineering teams to conduct A/B experiments and measure their success.
The team is on a mission to grow Teams usage among the frontline users and data would help provide the right guidance for growth. The person in this role will be expected to delve deep into the data and generate product insights that would help make improvements to the product and also find the right growth opportunities through data. This role requires technical depth and experience leveraging statistics, data analysis & visualization to drive business insights that lead to action and successful business outcomes.
