In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team in designing and building innovative AI-powered solutions that drive business value. You will also be working with the broader team to build, analyse and improve the AI solutions.Required Technical and Professional Expertise 10+ years of professional experience; 8+ years of experience in Data Scientist/Engineer role. Experience in designing and implementing large-scale AI solutions, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and deployment. Experience in developing AI-driven solutions utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic frameworks. Proficient in Python, FastAPI & other Data Analytics Packages. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and REST APIs. Experience in using large language models programmatically or frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Experience in developing multi-agent applications using frameworks like Crew AI, AutoGen etc Experience working on LLMs, Model Training & Evaluation, Performance Benchmarking. Practical experience with container technologies such as Podman, Docker or Kubernetes.
