This role will be remote-first with limited travel through August 2025 with the expectation that employees will begin working 2 days per week in our dedicated office space in Philadelphia starting September 2025.
Taskrabbit is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science to lead and expand our data science organization. In this high-impact role, you will shape the team’s vision, define a unified data strategy, and drive analytics innovations that power our marketplace across Growth, Platform, Partnerships, and Core Offerings (including Booking and Post-Booking). Reporting to the Director of Data Science and ML, you’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver transformative insights and measurable results for our clients and Taskers.

From establishing experimentation frameworks to ensuring robust data governance, you’ll play a critical role in advancing our mission and delivering exceptional experiences on the Taskrabbit platform.
At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable. total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks.
The base pay range for this position is $161,000 - $224,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
